退貨政策
台灣國內：
任何正價購買的商品、在吊牌未拆、未磨損、未沾染髒污、未洗滌、保留完整包裝的情況下，
都可以在您收到包裹後（以簽收郵戳為準） 7 天內進行退貨。
退貨的運費由顧客承擔，謝謝您的理解與體諒。
請注意，退款最多可能需要 10 天才會顯示在您的帳戶對帳單上，
具體需要取決於我們的作業時間、或是您的信用卡發卡機構的處理時間。
另外請注意，退貨商品不包括內衣、鞋子、錢包、香水、香氛與飾品；
同時，由於每台電腦與裝置的畫素與顯色不同，可能導致商品有顏色、質感上的差異，
煩請理解後再進行購買，謝謝。
我們保留拒絕任何不符合上述條件的退貨權利。
國際：
對於國際訂單，我們會嚴格確保商品品質後再出貨。
目前國際訂單，我們不提供退貨服務；給您帶來的不便，我們深表歉意。
國內退貨步驟
步驟1：
請發送退貨訊息至我們的官方電子郵件：[email protected]
請附上您的訂單號碼，退貨產品的名稱與件數。
步驟2：
當我們接受退貨時，我們會將退貨地址傳至您的電子郵件中。
步驟3：
請將需要退貨的商品、連同退貨單一併放入原包裝中，重新包裹。
步驟4：
將包裹寄回給我們。
請注意，如非商品本身的瑕疵問題，退貨運費由顧客承擔。
步驟5：
我們收到包裹並確認商品品質無誤後，會盡快處理您的退款。
根據我們的作業時間與您的銀行作業時間，最多可能需要 10~14 個工作日您才會收到退款款項。
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
Domestic:
Any full-price, unworn and unwashed items with the original tags and packaging may be returned for refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
The return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, thank you for your understanding.
Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on our operating hours or your credit issuer’s processing time.
Please note that underwear, shoes, purses, perfume, fragrance, and accessories are not included in the return policy.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
International:
We do not offer returns for international orders, sorry for the inconvenience caused.
The Steps of Domestic Return
Step 1:
Email us at our official Email: [email protected]
with your order number, the name of the returning products.
Step 2:
When we accept the return, you will receive the address for return from your Email.
Step 3:
Repackage the returning products with the original packaging, and attach the return form.
Step 4:
Ship the parcel back to us. Please note that the return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Step5:
After we receive the parcel and confirm the products, we will process your refund. It may take up to 10—14 business days depending on our operating hours and your bank.
